The KHS P&C is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit charitable organisation registered with the ACNC. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all parents, carers and community members who interact with us.

We collect your name, email address and mobile number solely to keep you informed about P&C activities, add you to parent communication groups, send meeting notices and updates, respond to enquiries, manage membership and volunteering, and operate the Uniform Shop.

Your information is stored securely in Google Workspace and is only accessible to current committee members. We do not share your details with third parties or other parents without your consent.

If you join a KHS P&C WhatsApp group your mobile number will be visible to other group members.
